Ken recently retired from Xerox Corporation after 36.5 years of service.
The last 22 years of Ken's career was spent as National Manager Employee/Industrial Relations for North American Operations. In that role Ken was responsible for maintaining a union-free environment in an organization of over 45,000 employees during the most turbulent times in Xerox Corporations history.
That organization included marketing, customer services, call centers, credit and collections, clerical workers and manufacturing.
Ken has received Xerox Corporation highest award on four separate occasions for his work in labor relations. He also supported the Dunlop Commission under President Clinton concerning employee involvements conflict with The National Labor Relations Act.
He was a guest lecturer on the subject of labor relations for two years at S.M.U.'s Cox Graduate School of Business. Today Ken resides in Colleyville, Texas with his wife of 37 years. He has one daughter who is currently a Sales Manager at Xerox Corporation and one grand daughter.
