Waterfront Capital specializes in the sale and purchase of businesses and represents owners of records management and confidential destruction companies interested in maximizing the value of their business.
Principals of the firm (Chris Howard and Sean Slade) have successfully completed in excess of 160 transactions within the industry.
In addition, Mr. Howard owns Record Masters of Southern Oregon, LLC, a records management company located in Medford, Oregon. Prior to founding Waterfront Capital, Mr. Howard was with Vrolyk & Co., a San Francisco based investment bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private debt and equity financing.
Previously, Mr. Howard spent two years at Crescent Capital (now TCW Group, Inc.), a Los Angeles based investment firm with over $2 billion under management and two years with Maiden Lane Associates, a $100 million leveraged buyout fund located in Beverly Hills. He holds an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
