Cary known in the records management industry as FileMan, is the market leader in providing sales training and mentoring, services startegy and sales compensation planning for the RIM Industry.
Over the last 30 years, he has assisted in development of more than 415 records centers, has trained 1,000 sales representatives in 16 countries and completed more than 1200 needs assessments for client customers large and small. FileMan resources and content experts have been utilized worldwide in projects in Europe, Asia, South and Central America, as well as throughout North America. McGovern writes a monthly records management column in an industry trade publication.
Cary has also published articles in PRISM International's InFocus, Xerox Corporation's customer publication Pathways, the Law Firm Administrator, and several other trade publications.
Cary speaks annually at Trade Associations in USA, Canada and Europe and has addressed records management topics to ARMA, AIIM, PRISM International, ALA and numerous organizations throughout the world. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance from Louisiana State University. His Master's Degree is from Loyola University of the South. He also maintains a professional certification as a Certified Records Manager (CRM).
